Wow, what a moron...... NEWS FLASH!! Tea and coffee generally HOT beverages! Operator error, not Starbucks' fault!! It's like making a baby bottle and not testing it and burning the baby, whose fault is that? People need to take responsibility for their OWN actions. We are a sue happy nation, and this is sad.

When are the courts going to wake up and counter sue this idiots for doing this crapp. Hello, If its that hot. DON'T drink it. Let it cool down. With a name like that. It seems that no one ever wants to take responsibility for their own actions anymore. If one spills a hot drink on themselves, it's not their fault. Shows have to say "don't try this at home", because, inevitably, some idiot will otherwise hurt themselves and, you guessed it, it's not their fault. Once upon a time people took responsibility for their own actions and the consequences thereof. Now people just sue, not accepting fault and trying to make a fast buck as a result of any negligence or idiocy on there part. And believe me, Lawyers love you for this. It pays their bills and makes them lots of money. But be warned, if they don't do the same for you, that's not their fault either.
