American Idol alum Allison Iraheta is the cover girl of Latina magazine's May 2010 issue!

On her life after 'Idol': I don't have to step onto a stage and get judge every week. Now I get to do my own songs and talk to my fans. There are all these girls writing my on Twitter... saying [they] love songs like 'Scars' because they can totally relate to what I'm singing about. Things are really good right now.
On being recognized for her work: I don't want people to see me and immediately think, 'Oh, that's the girl with the red hair who was on American Idol,' I want them to say, 'That's Allison Iraheta. She's a great artist who makes real music and has something to say-and she rocks.'
Adam Lambert on Iraheta: She's so freaking talented... The first time I heard her album, I was in a car with the windows down and I was just dancing and rocking out to it. It's going to take some time, but she'll get there.
Iraheta will tour this summer with Adam Lambert.

Allison is so talented and she has a brilliant voice. If only her managers at 19th Entertainment and Jive introduce her properly, give her the right promotion she needs, she should be well known by now. They need to show her on TV, play her music on the radios. I bought the album JUST LIKE YOU and almost all the song are great!!

I love how Allison sigs. I cannot believe she is only 17 and she has a wonderful voice. But I think the managers at 19/Jive need to train her a little on stage, so she can perform better.

Hopefully. Allison can learn good things from Adam. Since Adam is older than her. Surely, he has more experience on stage presentation. Also maybe Adam fans would support Allison and buy her album. So maybe it is a good idea that Allison is going with Adam to the tours.

Yes, Allison has the voice. If only she received the right promotion and exposure from 19 Entertainment and Jive Record company she the sales of her album should be very high.

Allison is a good singer. Adam is guirdo, I don’t think he could help Allison. Allison has a good stage presentation skills, but maybe she just needs to move her hands a little less and maybe color her hair less red. Just fixed the same way as when she was on American Idol. I was just on the impression that the company that contracted her were in charge of training them, but I guess not. They let these poor singer decide on their own and since Allison is so young she does not have the same experience as a 28 or 30 years old singer. But I am jealous of her voice, she has a wonderful powerful voice.

I just don't understand why Allison has to go and open the show for Adam. She should be singing with him, not just opening his show. That's not right! But if Allison likes it, I guess that is how teens think.

Allison looks so beautiful on this picture. She is so talented. Her voice is amazing. I am sure she is learning so soon she can have her own shows. I saw her last time on American Idol, she was singing Scars, but she looked as if she was angry, she was making gestures and moving too much her hands. maybe she feels angry because she was eliminated too early. She should have made it to the 2 or 1st place. But again she is very young.

OMG Allison is brilliant. She's so talented. I bought Just Like You album and I don't get tired of listening. I love to see her playing the guitar and love to see her dancing. She has wonderful voice. I JUST LOVE IT. It just as Kara told her when she was on American Idol show. Just relax, be conformable and you will be okay, because you have an amazing voice.

Wow, Wow, she looks so pretty. too bad she does not fix her hair like this one when she goes to the concerts. She really looks beautiful!!!!
