Peter Steele Dead at 48
Type O Negative frontman Peter Steele has reportedly died of heart failure. He was 48 years old.
Fused TV's Juliya Chernetsky aka Mistress Juliya announced the news on her Twitter. "He passed of heart failure today. Just spoke to Kenny," Juliya wrote.
At this point, Steele's death has not been confirmed by his relatives.
Steele is best known as the frontman of goth-rock band Type O Negative.
UPDATE: A rep for Type O Negative's management firm confirmed Peter Steele had passed away.
