Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke performed the Rumba on Dancing With the Stars April 12.

Carrie Ann said, "Chad, you definitely turned on the heat, and out of all the dances, this was your best dance by miles."

Len said, "Improvement in the posture, improvement in the performance."

They earned 21 for performance and 23 for technique - Total: 44/60.

Last week, the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver, 32, surprised Cheryl with an enormous platinum ring with diamonds. The bling, according to a source, costs more than $10,000.

But, what is the significance behind that sparkler? Are Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke engaged?

"It's a thank you. It's a gift. A friendly gift. In my world, we tend to give those that we care about gifts," Chad insists, "she has to deal with me nine hours a day. It's like a marriage, so why not give marriage gifts? I don't spend time with anyone like this -- ever!"
