Merilee Gerth - Jesse James' Fifth Mistress Reveals Emails

RadarOnline.com has obtained several emails between Jesse James and his alleged mistress number 5, Merilee Gerth - a former topless dancer covered in tattoos.

Mother of two, Merilee Gerth was an employee of Jesse James' West Coast Choppers company when they carried on their affair.

"When Merilee ended her relationship with Jesse in mid-2007, he fired her so she hired Gloria Allred and sued him claiming sexual harassment," a source said. "Merilee had irrefutable evidence of her affair with Jesse so they ended up settling out of court."

Merilee reportedly used these texts as evidence of their affair to force the settlement. From Radar,

January 17, 2007 Jesse - "When are you gonna be back?" Merilee - "Noon.....or if you want I can go later today after you leave for Laughlin. Want me to resched?" Jesse - "Naaw isss ok just get no love anymore......"
