The top 11 contestants on American Idol performed Billboard #1 hits tonight. Lee Dewyze sang "The Letter" by The Boxtops.

Randy said he knocked it out of the box!

Ellen said it was fantastic.

Kara said he raised the bar for himself .. sounded better and looked comfortable.

Simon said it was "quite corny."

Teen sensation Miley Cyrus was a guest mentor on Idol tonight. She will perform her latest hit "When I Look At You" on Wednesday's results show while new couple Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato will duet on "Make A Wave."
