Kristen Stewart was all smiles as she signed autographs at the premiere of "The Runaways" at the Arclight cinema in Hollywood.

The 19-year-old Twilight actress sexed it up in a hot pink Doo Ri dress while her co-star Dakota Fanning looked lovely in a Valentino dress.

Taylor Lautner showed his support for "New Moon" co-star by appearing at the star-studded premiere which was then followed by the afterparty at the Cabana Club in Hollywood. Also in attendance for the event - Scout Taylor-Compton and Seventies rocker Cherie Currie.
