Nicolas Sarkozy & Wife Carla Bruni Having Extramarital Affairs?
French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni-Sarkozy are both having extramarital affairs, according to French media reports.
It's rumored that Sarkozy is romantically involved with Chantal Jouanno - a right-wing cabinet member, while the First Lady is seeing musician Benjamin Biolay.
"The presidential marriage is breathing its last breaths," a French paper reports. "Carla Bruni is in love with Benjamin Biolay, and the president has found solace with Chantal Jouanno."
A French magazine Suchablog.com reported that Mrs Sarkozy had been a close friend of Biolay for many years and was now living with him at his flat in Paris.
The 55-year old President married the Italian-born former singer two years ago after a whirlwind romance.
Supposedly, Sarkozy and his frequently nude ex-model wife are no strangers to infidelity. Sarkozy reportedly had an affair with his second wife, Cecilia Ciganer-Albaniz, while he was still married to first wife Marie-Dominique Culioli. In a February 2007 interview, Bruni admitted that she is "easily bored by monogamy."
