Crystal Gale Mangum - the stripper who falsely accused three white Duke University lacrosse players of gang-raping her in 2006 - was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly assaulted her boyfriend, set his clothes on fire in a bathtub and threatened to stab him.

Cops responding to a domestic violence call found Crystal Gale Mangum fighting with her boyfriend Milton Walker and screaming, "I am going to stab you \[expletive\]."

According to police documents, Mangum scratched and punched Walker and tried to burn his clothes in a bathtub.

Mangum, 33, was charged with attempted first-degree murder, five counts of arson, assault and battery, resisting arrested, child abuse and other offenses.

Her three kids - ages 3, 9 and 10 - were in the house at the time but no one was injured.

Four years ago, Mangum accused three college lacrosse players of locking her in a bathroom and raping her at a party. The players were indicted but the rape charges were later dropped because of lack of evidence. At that time, she was in her second year as a full-time student at North Carolina Central University, studying police psychology.

She was not charged with making false accusations because investigators concluded Mangum, who has had a very troubled life, actually believed the tales she told.
