YaVaughnie Wilkins, the mistress of Oracle president Charles Philips has taken 'jilted' to a whole new level.

Charles Phillips, 50, who is also a member of President Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board, carried on an eight-year affair with mistress Wilkins, 41. But when he dumped her to go back to his wife, she decided to get even.

YaVaughnie Wilkins spent an estimated $250,000 to plaster the country with romantic billboards that feature a huge photo of them together, with the words "You are my soulmate forever! - cep." The billboards point viewers to a website www.charlesphillipsandyavaughniewilkins.com that Wilkins developed as a shrine to their long romance.

The billboard has popped up in a few places around the country, including Times Square in New York and in Atlanta and San Francisco.

In a statement to NBC Bay Area on Thursday, Phillips admitted to the lengthy affair with Wilkins.

"I had an 8 & 1/2 -year serious relationship with YaVaughnie Wilkins," Charles Phillips said through a spokesman. "The relationship with Ms. Wilkins has since ended, and we both wish each other well."

Phillips' wife, Karen (photo below), filed for divorce in February 2008, but no action has been taken on the filing since that year. The couple recently made up, a source said.
