Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon is Playboy's March cover girl -- and she gets all naked on the inside.

Bensimon, 41, "will be featured on the cover and in a 6-page nude pictorial in the March issue," a rep for Playboy magazine confirms.

The pictorial was shot by her ex-husband Gilles Bensimon, a French fashion photographer.
