Heidi Montag on Good Morning America

Heidi Montag-Pratt recently went under the knife and had 10 cosmetic procedures done in one day, but the 23-year-old reality star says she's not addicted to plastic surgery.

"I would say that none of those people know me at all," Montag told Good Morning America. "And that's just a judgment. I'm not addicted. If I were addicted, I would have had 10 plastic surgeries," she said, distinguishing 'surgery' from a 'procedure'.

"I'm living in my skin, and I look in the mirror and it's my career and my life, and you only have one. So, I want to take advantage of everything and be the best me, in and out, every way."

She added: "I'm in a different industry and I have to do things that are going to make me happy at the end of the day."

And Montag couldn't be any happier right now, because her plastic surgery marathon has everyone talking and she even landed herself on the cover of People Magazine.

The 10 procedures Heidi underwent included - botox in the forehead, a mini brow lift, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist and thighs, and a butt augmentation.
