Hayden Panettiere was spotted getting cozy with Ukrainian heavyweight boxer, Wladimir Klitschko, while vacationing in Miami on New Year's Eve.

The 20 year old Heroes star and the 33-year-old Klitschko enjoyed lunch together poolside while bodyguards stood nearby. The pair was seen holding hands and flirting all day!

Klitschko currently holds the IBF, WBO, and IBO world heavyweight titles. He also holds the title of Lucky SOB.

Fun fact - He's 6'6" and she's 5'1".
