Rosie O'Donnell was spotted holding hands with a new gal pal named Tracy Kachtick Anders in Miami on Tuesday.

Rosie and Tracy was photographed on Miami beach, jet-skiing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

According to reports, Tracy Kachtick Anders is a writer, artist and and children's advocate from Texas. She has six kids - five of them are adopted. In her blog Rosie writes that she is "happy" with her new lady friend. She has also posted photos of Tracy and her children.

Rosie O'Donnell and her partner of five years Kelli Carpenter split in October. They have four adopted children.
