Charlie Sheen's Wife Brooke Mueller Sheen To File For Divorce
Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller Sheen is reportedly headed for divorce to end their less than two year marriage.
As previously reported by Celebglitz, the "Two and a Half Men" actor was arrested in Aspen, CO on Christmas morning after his wife Brooke Mueller claimed he assaulted and choked her.
According to reports, things have been rocky between Sheen and Mueller the past few months. The couple had been living seperately for the past 3 months but reunited for the holidays - which, obviously didn't go so well.
Sheen's arrest on felony domestic violence charges followed a night of arguing.
Now Mueller, who has infant twins with Sheen, plans to file for divorce "in the very near future," RadarOnline.com reports.
"Both of them are miserable in the marriage. That's why they were apart," a source said, "Both were separately telling friends their marriage was over before this happened."
The 44-year-old actor has been married to real estate investor Brooke Mueller since May, 2008. The couple welcomed twin sons Bob and Max in March.
