Charlie Sheen Arrested for Assaulting Brooke Mueller Sheen
Charlie Sheen was arrested early Christmas morning after police responded to a 911 call regarding a domestic violence dispute between Charlie and wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen.
The "Two and a Half Men" star was charged with felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge. He was released in the late afternoon after posting $8,500 bond.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Brooke was legally drunk when she called 911. Her blood alcohol test at the time measured .13 while Charlie registered .04
According to reports, the couple had been living seperately for the past 3 months but reunited for the holidays.

The 44-year-old actor has been married to real estate investor Brooke Mueller since May, 2008. The couple welcomed twin sons in March this year. Charlie has two young daughters with actress Denise Richards, and a teen daughter from his relationship with Paula Profit.
