Brittany Murphy Funeral On Christmas Eve (Pictures)

Actress Brittany Murphy will be laid to rest at a funeral service to be held on Thursday (Christmas Eve) at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills.

The funeral service is listed as "strictly private," reports RadarOnline.com.

The 32-year-old actress died Sunday morning after suffering cardiac arrest. Hospital staff at Cedars Sinai tried to revive her three times to no avail.

The official cause of Brittany Murphy's death is still pending, awaiting "toxicology, neuropathology and histiopathology tests which will take four to six weeks to complete.
