Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry, 26, has died of injuries suffered after falling off the back of a pick-up truck following a domestic dispute with his fiancee Loleini Tonga (pictured above).

Henry was found in critical condition on a residential street in Charlotte, North Carolina on Wednesday, - "suffering life-threatening injuries."

Police said he had jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his fiancee Loleini Tonga - was driving away from the residence after a domestic dispute.

"Chris Henry died as a result of his injuries sustained during this incident," a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police news release said. "Department detectives continue to work diligently on this active investigation."

Just hours before the fateful crash, Chris Henry's fiancee Loleini Tonga was bragging about how excited she was about her upcoming wedding to the NFL star. She posted on her MySpace page,

"Jus put deposIt down 4 weDDing piCs... Paid 4 ouR riNgs... Bout 2 eaT wiT my maN n bay bayz.... Startin 2 geT a headache thinKing bouT dis weddin.. I need A cuP."

MediaCurves.com conducted a study among 302 viewers of an interview with Chris Henry’s fiancée, Loleini Tonga, regarding his death. Results showed that the majority of viewers (78%) reported that Tonga should be investigated in connection with the death of her fiancé.
