The latest issue of Star magazine devotes its cover to a "shocking story" about how Jessica Simpson and Tiger Woods may have hooked up.

Just days before Jessica's split with Tony Romo, she had a sizzling meeting with the married athlete, the tabloid claims.

Star spies say, Jessica became very friendly with Tiger after the two met during a July 2009 golf tournament in Bethesda and they exchanged text messages days later.

"Tiger liked what he saw and let her know it," a source tells Star. "Jessica said that she felt like Tony wasn't paying attention to her, so she was like, 'What the heck!' She decided to have fun with Tiger whether it bothered Tony or not."

A Simpson source however, slams the report saying, "No part of this story is true." The source explains that Woods and Simpson indeed attended the golf tournament in Bethesda where they were photographed with Romo.

"They met quickly and took a photo together," the insider says. "She was only there for a few hours to sing the national anthem."

Tiger Woods is no more, nor less human than any of us. He is almost a billionaire, so his dirt is turned into gold by the ethical alchemist of society. Those of you who are so offended by Tiger Woods actions should be reminded that not many of us would pass an examination if placed under the microscope of morality. He is an excellent golfer. Yet, he was and never will be anything more than HUMAN! We all are. Look at it in that light and you'll be less disgusted by this man's actions. Remember, our dirt would be worth sifting through in the river of righteousness if it contained the valuable mineral known as Fame.
