Cori Rist : Tiger Wasn't Happy at Home

Cori Rist, one of Tiger Woods' many alleged mistresses, appeared on the 'Today' show Monday to talk about her two and a half affair with the golfer.

The 31-year old single mom expressed her "regret," and said she "can't imagine the pain" Elin Nordegren is feeling right now.

"I didn't think about her at that time. I just believed what he was telling me," Cori said, fighting tears. "I hate that someone has to suffer the consequences of my actions. And her children. I'm a mother, too."

Cori claims Tiger told her his marriage was on the rocks and that he and Elin only remained together because she was pregnant.

"He was not happy at home with his wife," she said. "He would stay there because she was pregnant and they were expecting their first child. Because of his reputation he had to uphold that."

Rist told the Today show the relationship ended because she declined his offers to fly her to Australia and Dubai. "We had an argument over how I don't make enough time for him, and that was it," she said.
