Rachel Uchitel (Photo) Hires Gloria Allred, Tiger Woods 911 Call

Authorities have released a 911 call made by a neighbor of Tiger Woods following the pro golfer's car crash on early Friday morning.

The caller can be heard telling , "I need an ambulance immediately, I have someone down outside my house ... It's a car accident ... My neighbor, he hit the tree. I see him and he's laying down."

Meanwhile, Rachel Uchitel - the 33-year-old woman who the National Enquirer named as Tiger's mistress, has denied she is having an affair with the golfer. She told the New York Post,

"This is nothing to do with me. We have never had an affair, and the claims we did are completely false. We have never had an affair, talked on the phone or sent any type of text, sexy or not.".

Rachel Uchitel (pictures below), who is a New York nightclub manager, has hired Gloria Allred - the self-described "Feminist Lawyer."

"I am overwhelmed, so I hired Gloria Allred to handle the situation. I don't want to get this much attention, and I wish everybody would leave me alone," Uchitel added.

TMZ has reported that Uchitel may sue the National Enquirer for defamation.

Woods has issued his own denial about "the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors."

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

While he's talking on his website, Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren [pictures] have refused to talk with police about the car accident. Woods' attorney turned Florida Highway Patrol troopers away from the family's home Saturday and Sunday.
