Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Crashes, Driver Dies VIDEO
One person was killed and another 9 people were injured when a tour bus transporting the concert production crew of Miley Cyrus overturned on a highway in Virginia, Thursday night.
Miley Cyrus was not on board at the time of the crash.
The accident happened on I-85 south near mile marker 56 in Dinwiddie County. The four bus caravan was on the way to Greensboro, North Carolina for a show on Sunday when one of the vehicles drifted off the road and overturned. One person, presumed to be the bus driver, died, while nine other people sustained minor injuries.
State police said that the roads were wet from rain Thursday night but are not to blame for the crash. An investigation is underway to determine exactly why the bus drifted.
