Carrie Prejean and the Miss California Organization both dropped their lawsuits yesterday, after reaching a settlement .

According to TMZ, Prejean had a very good reason for dropping her million dollar lawsuit - a homemade sex tape featuring Prejean herself.

The Fallen beauty queen decided to settle for no money with pageant officials after their lawyer showed her the XXX tape.

The video is said to be extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. The eyes at TMZ actually saw the video months ago, but they didn't publish it because it was too racy.

TMZ says Prejean took all of 15 seconds to decide to walk away with nothing.
