Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Whitney Isleib is stirring up some controversy with her Blackface Lil Wayne costume that some say are inappropriate.

Second-year cheerleader Whitney Isleib reportedly attended a friend's Halloween party dressing as the soon-to-be-jailed rapper Lil' Wayne.

Photos of the blonde-haired cheerleader were posted to Facebook page of another Cowboys cheerleader and eventually made their way onto blogs.

There have been mixed reactions from Dallas Cowboys fans. Some fans thought the costume was in poor taste.

"Assuming you would hold yourself up to a little bit higher standards, especially playing for the Cowboys," said a Cowboys fan. "Not much I can say about that one. It speaks for itself."

Another fan asks, "If she wasn't a Dallas cheerleader would it really matter? It's Halloween, you know. You get to go how you want to go" .
