Did Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger drop a secret f-bomb in the letter?

The letter was sent to a Democratic lawmaker who had heckled the Governor at a recent event in San Francisco. Schwarzenegger's rep says the profane message embedded in the veto letter is just a "strange coincidence."
