Noah Cyrus Halloween Costume [Photos]
Noah Cyrus, the little sister of Miley showed up at a Halloween event over the weekend wearing a costume that seems to be a bit too sexy for a 9-year-old.
The tween star wore a body-hugging lace mini dress, platform knee-high boots and - bright red lipstck!
This is just wrong. Did her parents picked this costume out for her? Did Billy Ray and Tish really think this was appropriate?
What do you think - is this outfit too grown-up for a nine-year-old or are we just old fashioned?
This is not the first time Miley's sister has drawn criticism online. The kid raised eyebrows when she walked a red carpet in swimsuits [pictures below] earlier this year and pole-danced at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards Pre-Show in August.
