Just when you thought Lindsay Lohan's life couldn't become more of a mess - the 23-year-old actress was spotted making out with Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty.

Yes, that's Sienna Miller's ex and the guy who has yet to officially divorce his wife.

People Magazine claims that the pair were seen sneaking through the backdoor of a nightclub at West Hollywood. They were all over each other at a table in the front of the room, according to a clubgoer.

Lindsay and Getty stayed for less than half an hour before leaving the nightclub.

Lindsay continued her partying on Saturday night, heading to Teddy's night club. According to onlookers, "Her hair was greasy and not brushed, she wasn't wearing any makeup, and she was smoking cigarettes inside the club every five to ten minutes."

According to a story published in Star, Lilo collapsed during a week-long party, as her vodka, cocaine and prescription pills habits caught up with her.

Clearly the girl needs all sorts of help.

One of Lindsay's friends says, "She's definitely hit rock bottom. The next level is six feet under."
