The man who beat up former Playboy Playmate of the year 2002 was James Daren Metropoulos who is the one who just bought the sister house to the Playboy Mansion last month.  His name is James Daren Metropoulos who goes buy his middle name Daren Metropoulos.   He has received a TRO, which includes her two-year-old son.  She's is scared for her life and is in fear of what he can do to her and her family.  This is a men with lots of money and feels he can do whatever it takes to clear his name.  The court documents will prove everything that has occurred to Miss. Kurtis the night of August 10, 2009.  Mr. Metropoulos went to jail and did post bail at $50,000.00 dollars bail.  And is now dealing with a felony charge for threats to kill her.

Charges in this case were never filed as the police investigation into the matter revealed multiple holes in Dalene Kurtis's story and no evidence of the "beating" that she claimed she suffered.

It is public records if you would like to check out the DV-110 Temporary Restraining Order and Notice of Hearing for the Protected person Dalene Kurtis.  the Restrained person's name:  James Daren Metropoulos.  This was filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Aug. 10, 2009.  Also, The DV-100 Request for Order asking for protection for Miss Dalene Kurtis.  This was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court Aug. 10, 2009.  Also, you can view the full report from the application for emergency protective order on 8-10-09.   Also, the DV-101 Description of Abuse.  And the Beverly Hills Police Department of Crime reports.  And the Beverly Hills Police Department Suspect Information and mug shot.  Next court date is the 24th of this month.  this case is not over.  The Metropolous family and lawyers have sent out letters to Miss Kurtis in regards to the upcoming hearing concerning the TRO/injunction.  They believe we can resolve it amicably and without any litigation.  They hope Miss Kurtis is on the same page as them and same mind that this is something that should be explored.  You know what that means.  They think it's o.k to BEAT women just because they have billions of dollars.  Well that's not going to work with Miss. Kurtis.
