Are Tyra Banks and John Utendahl ready to walk down the aisle?

Tyra has recently been spotted wearing a big rock on her left ring finger - sparking rumors that the 'America's Next Top Model' host-creator may be engaged to her businessman beau.

Tyra also sported the sparkler at the Daytime Emmy Awards on Sunday evening, at which she won an award for the best informative talk show.

Tyra, 35, has been dating John Utendahl, 51, since 2007. According to Wiki, Utendahl is one of the most successful African Americans ever on Wall Street. He is the founder and owner of Utendahl Group, the largest African American-owned investment banking organization in the United States.
