Heidi Montag gave her first live performance during Miss Universe 2009 pageant on Sunday at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas. The star of MTV's "The Hills," sang "Body Language" from her debut album, although NBC blocked out more than half of her performance.
