Miss Universe 2009 Heidi Montag

Heidi Montag will be making her live performance debut during the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant on August 23, and she has been working hard to make sure her moves are ready for her big moment.

The 22-year-old Hills star told People, "I am so excited to perform at Miss Universe for my first ever live performance. This is such a miracle in life and I give thanks to God everyday for this once in a lifetime opportunity!"

Here's Mrs Pratt rehearsing her Miss Universe Pageant dance routine -- with a photographer on hand to capture some hot shots. She is supposed to perform her horrible single "Body Language."

It wasn't a "live" performance because she lip synched and it was awful
