A bikini-clad Britney Spears appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman on Tuesday night to present the Top 10 list of ways the country would be different if she were president.

There's something about this girl that's just not attractive anymore. I'm not sure if it was the lighting or what, but she just didn't look good. This video had the feeling of some random girl being pulled of the street to read some Q-cards in front of a camera. She definitely didn't come across as a superstar.
