Lindsey Johnson "Feels Terrible" for Bachelorette Jillian

Lindsey Johnson - the woman who claims to have slept with Ed Swiderski one week after getting engaged to "Bachelorette" Jillian Harris, says she feels "terrible."

Lindsey says she sympathizes with Jillian and fears he'll play her as well.

US Weekly reported that the alleged Windy City lothario not only slept with Lindsey, but was also sending flirty text messages to another woman, Bethany Steffen, after he proposed to Jillian.

"As Bethany has said, Ed has a way with words and this is what he did to both of us!" Lindsey, 29, continues.

Lindsey says she alerted Ed whom she'd been dating for a year on the night before the July 27 finale that she was going to tell her side of the story. "He said, 'Lindsey, please do if it's going to make you feel better to get your side out and the truth out,'" Lindsey reveals.

They haven't communicated since an Aug. 1 text in which Ed wrote "I thought you were over this?" that Lindsey did not reply to.

Ed has denied they were dating. "It's actually not true at all," Ed told GMA of the claims. "I think Jillian and I have been the target of being one of the very few successful couples on the show. We're clearly being targeted because we're happy."

"If he can live with what he said on his conscience, that's his problem because he knows the truth and I know the truth and our friends know the truth," Lindsey fumes.

She adds that she thinks Ed Swiderski and Jillian Harris will stay together "to prove that they are the one happy couple to make it."

"That's actually what Bethany and I both did when we were dating him despite what people were saying about him to us,"Lindsey says.
