Photo Bloody Shirt in Jackson Closet

Photos taken days after Michael Jackson's death show what seems to be a blood-stained shirt in his closet.

The shirt was caught in a set of pictures taken in Jackson's home, days after the King of Pop died due to a cardiac arrest on June 25.

Surprisingly, the shirt has a price tag still attached to it, suggesting that the shirt was never worn, and perhaps was used to wipe up blood. The shirt's label reads, "Women's Clothing - Casual Top" with a price of $3.99.

According to The Sun, the blood-stained shirt was not seized as evidence by police officers investigating the singer's death.

Last night leading US lawyer Craig Silverman said: "It's pretty extraordinary that a bloody shirt would not be taken as evidence."

Mr Silverman, who is not involved with the case, said it could be a clue to what went wrong with Dr Conrad Murray's treatment of Michael - or the personal physician's attempts to revive him.

Results of Jackson's autopsy have yet to be released.
