Demi Moore has a very special gift for Ashton Kutcher in celebration of their fourth wedding anniversary - she's taking his last name.


"Demi didn't want to change her name at first because it didn't seem right but now she finally feels ready," an insider told British tabloid The People.


Moore was the last name of Demi's first husband, Freddy Moore, who she was married to from 1979 -1985. Demi was married to Bruce Willis for 13 years, before splitting in 2000. She married Ashton in 2005.
