The couple has not set a wedding date yet. Tonight, the duo plans to celebrate her 32nd birthday with 50 of their pals and red velvet cake at rooftop nightspot Float.


The My Name Is Earl actress split from Eric Cubiche last November after a two-year engagement. They have a 2-year-old son Dezi.
