The NYPost thinks so! The evidence is - the star's growing frame!

We first noticed the slightly built star's growing frame in May when she walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. There, the Oscar winner also came down with a case of "food poisoning." In yesterday's Page Six, Cruz looked plumper than ever in a photo of her and beau Javier Bardem leaving a U2 concert in Paris.

Here's photo of Penelope doing some shopping in Barcelona last week. What do you think? Is Penelope sporting a baby bump?
 

The Oscar winning actress recently told press, “I want to have babies one day but not right now. When I do it I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life.  I don’t know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children.”
