It's a little hard to believe that Ed has a girlfriend. He seems to be the "good guy" type.

As for Jillian, she is just having fun. Even after Jake telling her the girlfriend secret of Wes, she decided to keep him for one more episode. Why? For ratings?

Somehow, I have a feeling that Jillian would reject both the guys and remain a Bachelorette.

Hated the show this season!!!!!!!  So BORING and annoying.  Get rid of Jillian....get rid of her annoying squealing and please if Kipton is new bachelor.  I will not be watching next season.

I've never posted anything on any Bachelor/Bachelorette series, but here goes.  I am a hopeless romantic, and I saw the way she and Reid looked at each other.  If that isn't romance, I don't know what is....You know, they say opposites attract.  He challenged her and I liked that about him. I really felt like I was watching them fall in love.

I was so mad that Jillian sent Reid home.  He was sweet. He was genuine.  And Kiptyn...I never liked him and he never loved jillian.  Ed...would NOT still be on the show if he hadn't left.  I feel like she is just keeping him around because she was sad that he left.  He left.  This gave him an unfair advantage over the other candidates.  Furthermore, I agree with Kim.  Reid was my favorite.  He loved  her...she was just to overwhelmed by Ed's homecoming (loser...leaves and comes back? and she actually TOOK HIM) and Kiptyn.  She should not have taken Ed back. It is like the girl with the cheating boyfriend that she keeps taking back after he says that he is sorry.  He isn't sorry.  Much to our dismay.  He won't be sorry.  And Ed...is not the exception.  He is the rule and I don't like him at all.

yes ed has a girlfriend in chicago who is originally from iowa.  also, the big fake is not an only child he has a brother named scott.  ed was texting his girlfriend in chicago while he was in spain.

Could it be possible that Ed left the first time so Jullian "wouldn't" be able to go to his hometown
for a visit?  If he has a girl friend and a secret brother maybe the cat would be out of the bag.  Also why didn't his mom and dad know about this show?  Could it be that they were in the dark too and aware of " the girl friend"?  By what his dad said " What the hell is going on...........?" It just didn't sit right with me. Seems like Ed was pulling the wool over many peoples' eyes.  I just read that Jullian chose ED on another "spoiler post" in the article from People about Jullian.  According to one or two spoilers Ed was chosen.  God I sure hope not!

YES, Ed has a brother named Scott Swiderski.

Ed stopped calling his girlfriend after he returned to the show, but he never actually broke up with his girlfriend.

Regarding the finale, Ed proposes Jillian, and they are dating but not engaged.

Ed and Jillian are still together but I don't see it lasting. I give their relationship 3 months. Email me if you want to know more.

For some reason I actually followed this show. Just to shake my head and call her an idiot for picking Ed. Either Kiptyon or Reid would have been better. Any man who leaves you for a job is not worth an inch of hope in a future with him. I guarantee IF they continue their relationship he will be putting his job first again and again. Even his father asked him what the hell they were doing there. And instead of starting with he loved her he said his job was okay first! I think Kiptyon would have been a fabulous husband!

I can't believe Jillian couldn't see thru picking ED. I thought it was wierd when he left, like he had something to hide. All the other guys had jobs, what makes him so special. He has played Jillian, and I like most others think Reid came back for a reason, as he's more suited. Please, this will be a dead end for Jillian when Ed's true side comes out. Come on ABC, let's get it right??

I am a close relative of ed's brother's girlfriend, i know thats a mouth full but that is my title.

ED indeed doesn't have a girlfriend, he has a boyfriend. His name is richard simmons and ed has been taking fashion advice and love advise from richard and now they are currently still going steady.

There has been talk that richard has been wanting ed to make a guest appearance onj his new collection of work out dvd's

Yeah, I'll have to say that Jillian kind of doesn't know what she's doing.  How well can you know any of these guys after eight freaking weeks?  It's too much, too soon.  But, I think she should have gone for Kiptyon, at least! I was getting a little worried too when Ed kept showing up in short shorts and pink tops...

Kiptyn is bland as milk and if he is the next Bachelor I will not watch the snooze fest. Jillian was a great disapointment and very shallow. She deserves Ed and his girlfriend.

Why do you think only one of these 'fake' proposals have lasted?
There is no way that anyone call 'fall in love' or sort out their feelings for someone on national tv ina few weeks while going out with multiple guys. My husband and I dated steadily for 5 month, and saw each other exclusively for at least 5 days a week.We then got engaged but didn't get married for another year.  

How can Jillian or any other bachelor for that matter accept a proposal from anyone when just a few moments ago, she was hugging another man telling him we have a real strong connection and that she didn't know what to do. There is no way that she is in love with Ed. She should have told Ed that she needed to date both Reid and him a few more weeks to get it right. Shame on the host Chris for trying to push her to choose Ed.

What won't they do to sell a show? Say you're in love with someone and then kiss someone else?!  Give me a break!  Shallow, shallow shallow.  "I don't know what to do."  Jillian is a drama queen, good for show ratings...but in reality, you cannot make a wise choice with so much going on.

I thought she was a total joke!  Jake, Reid or Kyptin should have won.  She doesn't deserve any of the good guys.  So, I guess she gets what she asks for - Ed is so fake and ugly.  I don't so much mean in looks, but actions.  What a fake computerized scripted person.  Stay single - the three good guys deserve better than Jillian.

i think that she should of picked kiptyn jake or reid they are all good guys and i guess she just cant go with the feelings she had even towards reid or kiptyn. i guess she gets what she deserves if ed does have a girlfriend which im sure he does. the three guys i mentioned deserve to find happiness and that they are better off without jillian since she makes dumb decisions. i knew she would pick the wrong guy all along. i hate ed have the whole show he has a big head and looks goofy and even those dumb swim trunks made him look dumb and geeky. i think reid should be the next bachelor or mike.

Jillian picked the wrong guy.  Reid leaving really bothered me. If I guy looked at me the way Reid looked at Jillian..words would not be necessary.  Girls, pay more attention to what a guys does that what he says. Maybe Reid and Kiptyn came out on the right side of this "deal"

Finally, a group of refined, respectful (except a couple of the guys), bright, humorous adults.  My goodess, I  have watched the show from the beginning (what does that say about me- I know?!?) and so many of the Bachelor candidates have ended up being total jerks.  It seems that the Bachelorettes do a better job at this show- even though there have only been four and one was a failure- at least the women take it seriously.  The final six or so men that Jillian had to pick from were topnotch- (minus one creep)...but Michael from NY, Reid, Jake, Ed and Kipton and even Jesse seemed like very wonderful men.  I wish Jillian all the best...she put herself out there with class and dignity and finally picked her true love...and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks or feels because it is her life and she has to live it and our opinion does not matter!!!  I would like to see Kipton or Michael or Jake be the next Bachelor and it is good to have someone we have been introduced to so we already know something about them.

I, too, really did think Reid was going to be able to give Jillian the 'fun' that she really needs in her life.  He went to a great deal of effort to get back to Hawaii to grab just one more chance to let her know he was S E R I O U S !!  As for Ed, let's talk about the Fantasy Suite debacle.  Could the problems that occurred been because Ed was feeling GUILT?  Now I am beginning to wonder.  Also, if he told his gf in Chicago he had to go to Texas,,,,,who's to say when he told Jillian he had to get back to his job,,,,it was really all about he had to get back to his gf in Chicago and do some explaining.  Aiiii  yiiiii yiiii !  Jillian and Reid could build a life together...I remember how I thought - what a combination - Reid in real estate and Jillian in interior design....and how Reid's mother could see Jillian prepping Reid's offerings for showing.  I thought, wow! how cool is that?  Well, we'll see how this all turns out.  Won't we?

I would think that if all of these rumors were entirely true, something would of been said way before now.  Weren't these "so called" girlfriends watching the Bachelor every Monday all season long?  I don't know about you, but most of America know what the show is about!  If my significant other said, "Hey, I am going on the Bachlorette", I would be smart enough to know---He is obviously not committed or in to me....This is all ridiculous and hard to believe.....to say the least!

i think jil made the worst mistake of her life! i think she should have kept michael until 1 of the last shows! i believe that ED has a girlfriend and a guy that leaves the show and then just shows up at your door is the wrong guy for what we knew he could have been upsessed with work, but he was going home 2 see his girlfriend. i wonder how his girlfriend feels?? but i do not feel sorry for her or ED... I hope jil will be smart and dump ED... he deserves it!!!!
