Takiyah Wonder - Stevie Wonder's Daughter Attempts Suicide
Stevie Wonder’s daughter, Takiyah Wonder, 27, has been hospitalized after an alleged suicide attempt.
MediaTakeOut, who first broke the news, says Takiyah had been having some relationship troubles with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Robert. She had also been having emotional issues dealing with the fifth anniversary of her mother’s (Syreeta Wright) death.
According to MediaTakeOut, Takiyah left some disturbing messages on her Twitter account. The message read as follows:
To everyone that screwed me in life, you’ve finally won.
I can’t take it anymore – I’m done.
You won’t have to hear from me again
Sorry to the friends and family that did love me.
I just took something that will have me gone for good.
Finally no more pain
Takiyah is reportedly recovering in hospital since the incident.
It's very, sad. Suicide is never the answer. We wish Takiyah a speedy recovery!
