OK! Magazine Slammed for Michael Jackson Cover Picture
OK! Magazine is running a photo of Michael Jackson lying on a stretcher, possibly already dead, on the cover of their latest issue.
The picture which is being referred to as the Michael Jackson death photo has ruffled a lot of feathers with some calling it an attempt to capitalize on the death of a celebrity.
OK Magazine defends it’s decision saying:
“The cover represents an event in the history of an extremely entertaining and controversial figure and is sure to provoke some emotion and questions from readers and fans about the circumstances. The news often does.”
The tabloid reportedly paid $500,000 for the "last" picture of Jackson.
