Michael Jackson Will

Earlier today, Michael Jackson’s will was filed at the Los Angeles court.

The five-page, seven-year-old document, signed on July 7, 2002, states that the entire estate should be assigned to Michael Jackson family trust.

His mother, Katherine Jackson, is named as a beneficiary of the trust and the guardian of Jackson's three young children. Jackson names Diana Ross as his choice for alternate guardian of his kids in the event his now 80-year-old mother was unable to raise them.

As for his ex-wife Debbie Rowe, Jackson apparently cut her out on purpose.  He wrote, “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson.”

No charities are named as beneficiaries.

The estate, which is estimated at $500 at that time, consisted almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."
