Maria Belen Shapur (or Maria Belen Chapur? ) has been identified as the Argentinean woman to whom South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford confessed having an affair with.
 

Business Insider posted a video that was apparently taken from an Argentinian TV broadcast, showing what Business Insider said was Chapur in an "audition for a newscast in 2001."
 

Maria Belen Shapur lives in a 14-story apartment building in Buenos Aires. She is 43-years-old, a mother of two sons , one a teenager of driving age and the other younger, reports the State newspaper. Maria is described by a neighbor as a beautiful brunette who plays tennis,  runs every morning in her neighborhood and has large eyes.
