The Entourage hunk and the Twilight babe were spotted getting cozy over the weekend in Santa Barbara, California. The two totally hit it off after meeting over at Oakley’s “Learn to Ride” surf weekend.
 

"Once they met, they were inseparable all weekend," a witness told The New York Post. "By Sunday night, they were on the dance floor together."
