Gossip blogger Reality Steve claims there is some serious fabrication and fakery going on in this season of the Bachelorette - And Jillian Harris is in on it.
 

Steve was the one who revealed the shocking details of the last season of the Bachelor - that Jason Mesnick would pick Melissa Rycroft, then dump her for Molly Malaney on the "After the Final Rose" special.

Before we get started, let me first give you my first bit of information I found out about this season that is 100% true. I've heard plenty of rumors and innuendo, but finally something has come to the forefront that shows once again how well engineered this show is. Not surprising to hear this, but still, par for the course for ABC. As we all remember in the first episode, when David exited the limo, he stood in front of Jillian for a good ten seconds in complete silence. In episodes since, the guy has been anything BUT silent, and has come across as a drunken lunatic. Yet on the first episode, he said he couldn't think of anything to say, Jillian liked that approach and gave him the first impression rose for it. Well, I have found out in recent days, confirmed to me by three independent sources, that Dave was told on the night of the meet-and-greet to pretend he was nervous. In addition, the scene where he is speechless in front of Jillian was also re-shot THREE times because he kept laughing every time he did it. Like I said, not surprising to hear it, but it all plays in to "roles" that are created for each guy. So it's very tough to take any edit of Dave from here on out seriously, because it seems like they just decided to have fun with him. However, us as viewers can only go with what they show us, so that's what I'll comment on. But if the first impression rose was staged this season, exactly what are we supposed to think about the rest of this nonsense?"
 

He also reiterated a claim he's made before, that some men were offered thousands of dollars (50, to be precise) to appear on The Bachelorette in exchange for a place in the top four. But he adds a new angle, after seeing what one bachelor had to say about himself in Week 4:
 

"However Kiptyn, after telling us he's not a pursuer, not explains why he came on this show. Kip: "I was telling myself, 'You need to do this. You need to go after something.'" Well, either that or someone influenced you to come on the show with a few hundred benjamins in hand. Hey look, I said it a month before the season started, and I'll say it again. I know that there were two guys approached about coming on the show, both offered $50k and guaranteed at least final four, and both of those guys turned it down. Now, whether or not ABC decided to go after a couple other guys with the same offer, or more money, or less money, I don't know. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. But I know that two individuals were offered money to come on the show and rejected it. It might mean that some of the guys this season were paid, it might not. However, I will say this. If Kiptyn ends up in the final two, doesn't get picked, and ends up as our next "Bachelor", I think the writing is on the wall. This show is telling a story, remember that. It's not that far fetched to think that's what's going on here. Time will tell."

Sorry, buy Kiptyn does not seem as into Jillian as she is to him.  Many times he seems aloof and evasive as she is saying things to him.  He is polite, but does not appear to be putting much stock in how she is feeling.  Almost like he has an agenda, and getting to it includes this part, this date.  She is cuddly and snuggling and he is just sort of there.  She is so content, she did not notice, but I, as a viewer, noticed it right away. Simply facts. Chris should make comments or be allowed to hint at things during the taping.

OK, so I've read some other spoilers because the preview for next week had me really curious. I think the mystery guy that is said to come back that "Jillian had a hard time letting go" is most likely Ed. I thought it was kinda strange that Jillian was so upset to see him leave. He was so quiet and under the radar up to that point. I mean, I liked him, but you really didn't see much on the episodes that led you to believe that Jilli would be distraught to see him leave. Granted, at first I thought that she was more upset at the rejection (I love her, but she seems to have some self-esteem issues), but now I wonder if ABC scripted the whole thing. Also, the whole Wes thing...if some of those guys are seriously interested in marrying Jilli, why didn't one of them speak up about his admission to seeking publicity, and having the nonchalant attitude toward Jillian? I mean, is brotherhood really so "don't ask, don't tell?" I was especially surprised at Jake's acceptance of leaving. He seems to be Mr. Perfect, so why wait until AFTER you leave the show to call in and have a sit-down? ESPECIALLY when he admitted falling in love with her! That to me, also seems scripted. I was just disappointed in all of the remaining guys that they would not speak up when Jillian gave Wes the rose and let Jake walk away. I agree with her decision on Jake though. He was perfect in everyway, but the "Gosh, Golly, Gee-Whiz" talk was VERY Leave It to Beaver. So, if my assumptions are right about Ed, do you think he'll be in the F2? Maybe even the F1?

Who really cares? We all know reality TV is all scripted anyway. As for the Bachelor/Bachelorette, they are both paid huge sums of money. All actors or hungry for fame people. Lets all face it, Trista and Ryan were the real thing. In the end, it doesn't take a TV show to find true love. Time for Bachelor/Bachelorette to end. Last season was total BS,  can't believe people actually think this season will be any different. I hate Jillian ! total embarassment to Canadians. What a total whore. On the overnight date, she srews Kip, then doesn't choose him. Making him the next bachelor! Boo hoo!

It's deff. scripted bob, I had two acquantinces on last season and one was just a hairstylist, and they tried to get her to do lazer hair removal in a shoot. hi, duh?! cuts hair, she's not an esthetician nor does she work for a lazer hair removal company. sorry to burst your bubble but it's scripted, and very edited...but still very entertaining!

I'm a second cousin of Kip. He is and has always been a sweet, kind and caring guy. He's not going to lead a girl on, and will tell her what he feels, even if he may jeopardize his chance with her. He may be slower in expressing his feelings, but he has never met a girl like Jillian, so this whole situation is way out of his comfort zone. He deserves the best, and if she chooses him and allows it to mature at its own pace, I'm sure they could end up in a marriage, and be a wonderful couple, who will do greater things together, than apart. I've known him all his life, and know any woman would be lucky to have his love! Trust me he's totally there for her. I wish them the best!

Ok. All these rumors are sort of making me mad. I hate how the Bachelor producers are faking most of the show which is why most of the couples never get back together. I want Kiptyn to win so bad. He is absaloutly perfect and Ed creeps me out especially his chest hair. (ehhhh) Reid is sweet but KIPTYN NEEDS TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted it to be Kiptyn without even looking out the other guys.  He was first out and I knew he would be in the final rose ceremony.

However there is something telling me that he will not be the one.  Maybe only because I want him to be so bad.  If he doesn't get the Rose then he needs to be the next Bachelor.  He is by far the most honest, sweet, and the best looking Bachelor that has ever graced the show.

We all know at the 3rd show that Jillian had already picked her man so comments had no influence on her decision. So Kiptyn if you were not picked be the next Bachelor.

Of course it's scripted. It's all about entertainment. the whole point is if they actually hit it off after the show. that's all that matters in the end anyway.

Of course, everyone knows that Kiptyn is the next bachelor.  One must wonder if he's so great and so handsome (and he is) why he can't find a girl in San Diego.  Strange guy!  I want Reid to win, because he's so funny.  He freaked out over one girl wanting to marry him.  I want to see 25 chasing after him the same time.  He'll have a cornorary :-)

I can't believe Jill screwing 3 guys 3 nights in a row.  ABC should rated that show R,
