Carrie Prejean Fired ! Tami Farrell to be The New Miss California USA

Carrie Prejean is officially out! The controversial beauty queen Carrie Prejean lost her Miss California USA crown today for breaching her contract.

Sources connected with the pageant tell TMZ that Carrie violated her contract by not getting clearance to appear at various events for the pageant organization.

One of the producers of the pageant said, "it has become abundantly clear that Carrie has no desire to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together."

"This was a business decision, based solely on contract violations," the official added.

The new Miss California USA will be Miss Malibu Tami Farrell.

Tami Farrell is a beauty queen from Phoenix, Oregon who was Miss Teen USA 2003. She competed at the 2009 Miss California USA Pageant where she finished as first runner up to the winner Carrie Prejean.
