Kelly Rutherford welcomes baby Helena Grace!

Kelly Rutherford gave birth to an adorable baby girl named Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch at 9:20 pm yesterday in Los Angeles, a rep for Gossip Girl actress confirms to Life & Style. Helena Grace weighed in at 8 pounds 12 ounces.
 

"Kelly and the baby are doing just fine," the rep tells.


This is the second child for Kelly. She has a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf with her ex husband, German businessman Daniel Giersch.
