Selena Gomez debuted a new hair style while out with her mom Mandy for lunch in Encino, California today.


The Disney darling tweeted, "Spending the day with momma!"

The 16-year-old starlet was also spotted at the Heroes Celebrity Carnival held at Wadsworth Theatre.


The Disney-sponsored event benefited the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, which will raise approximately $1 million from the event to help fight to create a generation free of HIV.
