Helen Phillips was crowned the winner of The Biggest Loser: Couples on Tuesday’s live finale broadcast of the NBC reality weight-loss series.
 

Helen, 48, won the season seven title with a whopping 140 lbs weight loss.
 

A retired retail manager from Sterling Heights, MI, Helen started the competition at 257 lbs, lost 140 pounds for a 54.47% weight-loss percentage, claiming the show's $250,000 grand prize.
 

Helen defeated Mike Morelli, 18, a student from South Lyon, Michigan and Tara Costa, 23, of New York.
