Chyler Leigh and Nathan West Welcome Baby Girl

"Grey's Anatomy" actress Chyler Leigh and her hubby, actor Nathan West welcomed their daughter Anniston Kae earlier today. She is the third child for Chyler, 27, and Nathan, 30, who already have one son, Noah Wilde, 5, and another daughter Taelyn Leigh, who is 2.

The young couple's bundle of joy weighed in at a healthy 7 lbs., 1 oz.


"Both mother and child are healthy," Chyler's rep said in a statement to PEOPLE.
