Casey Aldridge Injured in Car Crash

Casey Aldridge, the father of actress Jamie Lynn Spears' baby, was hospitalized in Jackson, Mississippi  after a car crash early Sunday morning.
 

Casey lost control of her Ford F-250 truck, which went off of the shoulder and flipped over. He had four young male passengers in the car.
 

A family source told People that Aldridge suffered "a cracked skull" and had been "in and out" of consciousness. However, the source says: "It's not as serious as we thought at first."


Jamie Lynn Spears, was at Aldridge's bedside Sunday at the Riverland Medical Center in Vidalia, La., People magazine reported.
 

Aldridge has been charged with a misdemeanor for careless operation of a vehicle.
